I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help but many people struggle with situations and emotional issues and sometimes you just need a little help.

Whatever you may be struggling with at the moment, things can get better and asking for help is the first step.

I offer a warm, safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Everyone is unique and we all have inner strengths and tools personal to us. It's my aim to help you uncover yours, so you can discover how use them to make sense of and deal with what's happening for you now, but also take them with you to use in your future.

I am a qualified BA (hons) integrative counsellor working for the NHS and in private practice. Being an integrative counselllor means I draw from different theories such as Humanistic, CBT and Psychodynamic which enables me to tailor every session specifically for each individual.

I have vast experience of working with people from all walks of life helping them with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, relationships, addictions, low mood, stress and bereavement as well as a space to explore any other worries.

I am a registered member of the BACP and work within their framework for ethical practice.
