What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy facilitating positive change, peace and acceptance brought by sincere connection with those I work with.
I’m drawn to the notion that as well as having the potential to hurt, relationship (both with self and others) has the power to heal. Deeply rooted damaging and limiting expectations can be lifted, releasing suffocating feelings of shame, loneliness and despair. It is my experience that therapy can help in feeling safely connected, valued, and indeed, loveable. To witness this is hugely rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am inspired by the power of Psychotherapy to change lives. I have experienced first hand the life-changing effects it can bring - the safe connectivity, the lifting of anxiety, the illuminating self-empowerment - and I would very much like to offer this to others.
