I searched online for a suitable jeweller to deliver two bespoke wedding rings, looking both in Hatton Garden and online shops. It was overwhelming, and so was visting Hatton Garden..... How to choose? Riviere caught my attention, being classy and well presented. I walked in and Gemma and Naomi warmly welcomed me. I presented my designs and they understood them very quickly. They provided very useful insights and ideas to make my rings even more stunning. The deadline was tight but they deliver the two bespoke, very different style to one another, rings within two weeks! During the process, we communicated via their Whatsapp number which was very effective and a modern way to keep me updated with CAD designs and clarifications. Mo came in the picture the week before the rings were due to be collected and he took over the process which added even more high standard customer service. He helped contain my anxiety about the rings not being done on time (very complex and tricky designs), or not done properly. They produced rings that are beyond what i had hoped, improving my designs and precisely executing my custom requirements. I have just received my full eternity ring and felt compelled to leave a review . My ring is a full eternity ring that Mahesh and his team really went above and beyond to ensure that I was super excited and pleased to receive. I do shop around and I am beyond 'picky' when working with a team to realise my vision. I get anxious to see the outcome and impatient. But at every point they done their best to reassure me and kept me updated. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their patience. And then to top it off my ring was ready for me to pick up but due to travel commitments I was unable to get to London for 3 days ... But that was no problem for Mahesh because knowing how much I wanted to see the finished product he personally took time out of his evening and drove all the way to Cambridge to deliver it to me. Fantastic experience from start to finish working with Charlie, Naomi and Sam on the design of my bespoke engagement ring. The team at Rivière are first class and I have no hesitation in recommending them for all your jewellery needs. Charlie and Naomi took their time with me educating me on diamonds and rings which was great because I only knew the very basics. Despite my lack of knowledge, the team always treated me as an expert and answered every question I had transparently.After some time on the day and then exchanges of messages I settled on my diamond and design which inclued not just the diamond but also a ruby and an emerald.I was invited back to see both my diamond and a 3D print of the ring so I knew exactly how the design had turned out before it was cast in gold. The team were even able to prepare the final peice at short notice when I decided to propose earlier than I had thought. We went in here to pick our wedding rings for our wedding. We were looked after by Lola who couldn't have done more for us. We explained what we were both looking for and not only did she show us what we described exactly but also brought over other examples that were similar but with a slight twist in design or shape to show us the difference. She also studied my engagement ring to ensure that we got to look at the same material that it was to match perfectly. This was really helpful as it gave us a wide choice of what we felt looked best on each of our hands. After purchasing a diamond for my girlfriend’s engagement ring, I needed to find a place to have it set. I must have walked up and down Hatton Garden 6 times, popping into many different store's enquiring about price and the different options available to me. None of them gave me the sense of comfort and assurance that Heera did. They were absolutely wonderful, very patient, helpful and knowledgeable, the staff were simply amazing! I was well looked after by Anita, who was very personable and charming. Rebecca and Rishwa were also really lovely and I felt like they genuinely wanted the best for me. I sent Anita images of the ring I wanted, of which they created a computer-generated 3D model. Once I told Anita I was happy with the model, she had it printed for me to see before giving her the go ahead to have it made in gold. The whole process felt really special. In terms of price, for the customer service I received, and the whole experience in general, none of the other stores on Hatton Garden even came close. We had a fantastic experience with Riviere. We went in initially in February 2018 and had a bespoke engagement ring made, which is beautiful. We were given a lot of information about the diamonds and what would be best to buy, and they worked hard to reduce the cost and meet our budget. First 2 visits were really good. Rebecca was great and understood what we were looking for. We looked elsewhere but her service made us choose Heera. However, the day of collection did not feel special at all, especially after a long wait. The young guy serving us seemed like we were a burden on him. He was very robotic & we felt very awkward in the shop. He didn’t even pack the rings for us. He just gave us the boxes and we put them in the box. It ruined the whole experience of Heera Diamonds. Felt as if they got the sale and don’t care now. The ring itself is perfect and my fiancé loves it. Myself and my girlfriend had a quick look around Hatton Garden late last year in order to get an idea as to what design of ring she liked, ready for a time when I was ready to pop the all important question. It was already late in the day and some shops had closed.We were however approached by a friendly chap from Heera as we glanced into the window. He invited us inside and as he wasn't pushy in any way (I despise pushy sales staff), we took the opportunity to sit down and educate ourselves as to what's what when it comes to rings, stones etc.We spent an hour or so with a girl named Christina who was extremely helpful.It was also quite an experience being shown loose stones up close etc.We thanked her for her time and off we went to enjoy the rest of our evening in London.Fast forward to 2018 and I'd started to think about what I was going to get, how I'd propose etc.I called Heera, booked an appointment and a couple of weeks later went in to see a chap called Charlie. Again, very helpful and not pushy in any way.One thing I'll say is I am usually very reluctant to divulge my budget to anyone trying to sell me something because I don't want them to see that as an open invite to get the full sum from me regardless.Needless to say, despite me telling Charlie the rough figure, the chosen band design and stone was priced up and it came in under budget.I therefore increased the size of the stone, was presented with a new price and then asked for the best price on it. If you don't ask, you don't get!Charlie informed me that it would take a week or so to have the ring made but as I was in no rush, I elected to leave it with them for nearly 2 months before collecting it.I'll also add that whilst Charlie was up and down like a yo-yo getting me new stones etc out (sorry Charlie), I got chatting to the owner of Heera.He told me his background etc and why he chose to set Heera up.One thing he said stuck with me. I asked, what makes Heera different to all the other shops in Hatton Garden? For instance they all have huge window displays full of sparkle and Heera has a small display with a limited selection.The answer was, we aren't trying to sell you what we already have. We want you to tell us what you want, and we'll create it for you.Good answer!Anyway, I spent a little over the intended budget and once the question was popped, she absolutely loved the ring.Superb service in every way... Absolutely amazing. This was the first time somebody actually listened to what we wanted. Mahesh spoke to us and produced a wide variety of diamonds which reflected what we had requested. Initially the number of potential diamonds for us were overwhelming, however Mahesh very skilfully eliminated the diamonds that didn’t fit what we wanted. Mahesh spent over 2 hours talking us through the diamonds and at no point was there any pressure to make a decision. Mahesh’s team were also amazing, really making us feel special.Above all else the number of diamonds that were available to view, was far greater than anything else we had experienced before and there was no question of compromising.In the end we made a decision, got a great deal and were very happy with our purchase. Mahesh then took the ring I was replacing and made it into a necklace as part of the deal. I would highly recommend Heera Diamonds!I met Mahesh and his team at the NEC wedding show and he made me and mum feel comfortable with his fantastic knowledge of my vintage 1920s diamond and sapphire ring. I had visisted many jewellers and none made me feel at ease and the costs were spiralling into the 1000s for the restoration. Mahesh quoted an amazingly reasonable price and allowed me to pay in regular chunks over a few months. He also quoted me an brilliant price for a bespoke shaped and fitted wedding band. Me and my partner travelled down to London to pick up my rings and for him to also pick his ring. The sales team were welcoming, personable and made us feel relaxed with no pressure to chose immediately. My patter fell in love with a beautiful ring, and the team negotiated an fantastic price and also we were able to come back and collect it within 2 hours!! I visited Heera on the recommendation of my best friend who had recently married. I was a nervous bachelor, completely out of my depth and had no idea what I was doing. Rishwa and Mahesh helped me so much with choosing a diamond engagement ring for my then fiancee and readied it quickly for me to propose the next day. The service I was given in store was exceptional and we spent a lot of time deciding the final design and size of the ring, which itself is also very good quality and was a reasonable price too. However the aftersales service has let Heera down, hence my review of only 4 stars. I have tried 5 times now to get the valuation certificate for the ring which is required for my home insurance and each time they have said they would email it through, but I still have not received anything. Wanted to write a review for this company because although we haven't found the one ring for me yet, their help, guidance and exceptional knowledge really helped bring me closer to discovering what I wanted in an engagement ring and also helped my partner find his wedding ring style.

I have visited a lot of other stores in Hatton Gardens but the time they took and the advice they gave was really good and far better than the advice received in other stores.

They really do know their stuff, if you have no idea what you want this is a good store to come to. I didn't feel at all like I was being pressured into buying anything and I was able to try on a wide selection of styles. If they had a ring I liked I would have bought it from them but I am still on the hunt.

There are not many companies that give a good service these days so it's important to recognise those that do. Also they don't mind you taking photos (some stores don't want you doing this). More...
