I’ve used Heatsy a few times over the last few years. They’ve repaired my old Potterton boiler a few times before finally replacing it last month, each and every interaction has been a pleasure. They’ve always turned up when they said they would, and the communication has been exemplary. The engineers are respectful of my home, using shoe covers and floor protectors. I’d expect one or the other, but using both shows the level of service they strive to offer. Lee is the senior engineer and really knows his stuff, but I’ve also had Chris and Joe on separate jobs and both were also more than competent. I really can’t say enough good things about these guys.
