After working for different manufacturer for many years I decided that I wanted to have something for myself, and I wanted to be my own boss.

Sometimes we are able to tell customers how to fill up pressure in the boiler or how to set their thermostat remotley. But for fault diagnosis and etc we have to be on site.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We carry masks on us and carry out a latreal flow test every morning. We wash our hands after every job.
