I went to Sandy after a counsellor I was seeing, became ill and forwarded me on to her. At the time I found the thought of having to change counsellors quite difficult.
When I started counselling with Sandy I was 20 years on from a very tragic incident in my life. I had seen a number of counsellors and psychiatrists but to me it was always just a sticking plaster solution, never getting to the root of the problem or giving me tools to help myself.
It is said that everything happens for a reason and every person we meet has a role! Sandy played a huge role in my life, and I will be eternally gratefully for everything she has done for me and also my family! Thank you x

I was disillusioned at the services that were available to the public, I decided that I could offer individuals a bespoke service that would change the elements of their life that they chose to modify.
