I had a great massage from Yas. It was the first time in many years and I was a little anxious but he did a great job of creating a safe space and checking in just the right amount to ensure I was comfortable at all times. I'll definitely be returning.

Booked with Yas for the first time this week, I visited his therapy room in East London. The ambiance was very pleasant, clean and the room was very warm which was a great start.

Yas is very professional and very knowledgeable about his work.

His calm aura and positive energy puts you totally at ease. It was my first time using a male therapist, and he made me feel super comfortable making the experience worth while.

I have been suffering with lower back pain for a while and I have to say it's the best treatment I have had, I feel so much better.

He used many different techniques to treat my pain I left feeling free of pain and so much lighter.

I had a 90 min massage with Yas, a mix of deep tissue and some cupping as well as other methods he incorporated. I have been suffering from a lot of tension to neck and arms as well as recovering from a shoulder injury which has me in pain every night and struggling to sleep. After my 1.5 hour session my shoulder was looser and felt easier to move about. I was even able to sleep soundly for a few days after. I noticed an immediate improvement on my shoulder which I have been advised would take 2 years of rehab to resolve. I also had lymphatic massage on my legs and that was basically heaven. Had a massage with Yas yesterday.

Was my first massage with a Male therapist, however Yas was very professional respectful. Always asking if I was ok, asking if I was comfortable and gaining permission before moving onto different ares. This was very reassuring and helped me relax totally as I felt super comfortable throughout the massage. I have to agree with others that he's very professional and has a great persona. Hands down one of the best massages I've had in ages! I have two hard knots living rent-free on the top of both of my shoulders for the past 10 years that cause me pain that radiates up my neck leading to tension headaches and also radiates down my back and arms when they get tight enough periodically. I constantly have to crack my neck and stretch it to get temporary relief on a day-to-day basis. Usually, when I get massages, it's always an extreme of either being too superficial to cause any tension relief or just downright painful. Using a combination of the massage gun and IASTM (Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), Yas did fantastic massage work by being gentle, but firm enough to loosen up all the surrounding muscles in my back, neck, and arms in order to relieve the tension from my shoulder knots without causing me any pain at all. He even threw in a head massage, which I much appreciated, and was diligent enough ahead of the appointment to ask about all my problem areas to focus on as well as any allergies I might have in order to maximize the appointment time by getting right into it when I arrived. 10/10 experience. I will for sure be returning for all my future massages and have already spread the word among my colleagues! More...
