Healing Space - Energy Healing

I booked a personal retreat with Joy as I had tried all sorts of talking therapies and felt like nothing had really changed I felt frustrated and stuck. This type of healing is out of my comfort zone but I felt I had nothing to loose as I was fed of the same negative patterns in my life. I am so glad I went. Joy was so kind, knowledgeable and intuitive to my needs. Despite my anxiety I felt comfortable to ask any questions. The food was delicious and I felt like I was welcomed into a calm space to help me process and move things on in my life. The hypnotherapy session, music healing and anger release work is life changing. If like me you struggle with liking yourself, anxiety and depression and you want to let go of the past to be a better mum/human then do this for yourself and for your children, you won’t regret it. I visited Joy, after my Kambo ceremony I have done just a day before our session. I have been holding a lot of emotions within my body & I knew I still need to do more energy work. Joy has truly helped to release a lot of blocked energy from my chakras. She is a beautiful space holder & has massive amount of understanding & knowledge towards healing process. She has finished our session with a profound reiki healing, where I did feel a massive shift happening in me. I recently had a session with this amazing therapist around my back pain issue. I had not spoken to her before and I was immediately aware of the unconditional love and level of sensitivity that this lady has for others. We did the session via Skype and Joy connected very quickly and very clearly with my issue, she was so accurate! She picked up within minutes the blocks, fears and beliefs that I had been holding, and these were skilfully, quickly and easily released and changed for me. One of the most beautiful things I experienced was when, at the end of the session, I felt the need to tell her the story behind my fears and blocks, and she just said ‘Do you need to tell me this or are you happy to let go of the story now?’ It was so empowering and it completed the healing for me – I could let go! "I’m feeling such deep appreciation for the harp session I’ve just received from Joy. She’s been able to explain something to me that I’ve been struggling with and has been the course of frustration in my playing, such that I’d even considered putting the harp down! ! I now have some simple tools to work out the guitar chords I’ve wanted to play on my harp taking me in the direction of playing the music that makes my heart sing. Joy’s capacity to explain simply and effectively proves her gift in sharing this skill with others. I considered myself to be a previously ‘failed’ musician but with Joy I felt encouraged and supported throughout the session and feel really motivated to put into practice all that she shared with me. I have had the most beautiful & profound evening. To sit within the room with the energy of pure love was wonderful. The cacao ceremony is something I highly recommend. In this world we are too quick to judge each other, but also ourselves. It is time to stop the neglect, reflect & feel the love. On this eve of Beltane, I can say I have found union with myself.
