HD pointing-Roofing

I used HD Pointing to re-point the front and back of our property and the chimney. We have since had the work inspected. The chimney has not been fully pointed and the flashing has not been fixed and sealed . We have had water damage in 2 rooms. I contacted Stephen on the 4th July and he promised to rectify the problems. Today is the 10th August and he has now stopped returning my messages. Whilst HD pointing was working on our property, they broke our hose pipe and external light. Both of which have had to be replaced. They left their McDonalds wrappers on our property and failed to clean up after themselves. We have paid £3,350 (we was provided with an invoice which stated we have a 1 year warranty) and will now have to pay another company to re-do the work. Steven is a very nice friendly and trustworthy. He did an excellent job on fixing my very old red brick house. The house was a mess and had many problems.
