Charis was very helpful managing to fit in a deep clean of my house when I was struggling to find someone. Very quick response to my enquiry and and a visit to discuss our needs, but we were told that we only need one clean per week not two! We really appreciated this as it was an honest comment saving us cost. A cleaner was introduced to us at the deep clean and she continues to clean for us weekly.

Karis and I had an initial conversation about a day after she received my referral. Karis really understood what I needed and my fixations on little details (why would no one clean the towel rail in a bathroom or take all the spiders webs from the windows? ) so I was delighted when she came to do an initial deep clean a week after we spoke. Karis cleaned my house from top to bottom to my utter satisfaction - the towel rail is not dusty! The staircase banisters are clean. The windows are transparent and there are no spiders webs. Not only did she do 5 hours of thorough cleaning she explained the courses she went on to understand covid-19 prevention and took care to wear different shoes to clean in and different cloths that are only used in my house.
