House Cleaning
Tried to arrange the appointment twice, still not successful. I have a dog in the house and the first one came was afraid of getting in the house.
Second appointment arranged for the following week, I received a phone call from Helen on the night before saying the cleaner's husband is not willing to let her work in a house with dog.
I did state at the beginning that I need a dog friendly person.
I am only laying out the fact, you can evaluate yourself. Cannot comment on the service as I have yet received any.

How long have you been in business?
We have over 5 years of cleaning experience. Our range of care services reflect our experience of providing highly experienced and qualified staff in the community. We deliver a wide range of cleaning services from home cleaning to office cleaning, moving in and out including new building site. We offer 3 distinct but inter-related services that have been designed to meet the demands of a wide range of cleaning scenarios.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes
If necessary we provide our own equipment and cleaning products, cloths etc or we can use your mops and vacuums if you suggest to use it and if it's outside a deal
We use our own cleaning materials and hoover etc. We find that our stuff works better. I know what cloths to use and no one had a hoover as good as our own. We are fully insured and our hoover has been pat tested.
We are operating professionally and I think it's best that we bring our own and have researched into getting the best out of each product and not cause damage to the materials of our clients home because we fully understand our own chemicals and equipment.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I can work my own hours from home and I determines how to manage my flexible work arrangement. This allowing me to set my own schedule time to have complete control over the hours I worked on any given day or week. But with other companies, “choose your own hours” means that you set your schedule ahead of time, but you get to choose that schedule.
