The staff in Regus Liverpool City Centre has been extremely kind and helpful, even when I contacted them by email before my visit to the office. You could not ask for a more professional team in the reception. The office is really well located, easy to find, near many options for coffee/lunch + the points of interest, in case you are also visiting the city. Facilities were in perfect conditions. Office is nice, reasonable price. Air-con needs looking at, in a room designed to hold 15 (that only had 9 people in) it was like a 'Sauna' If they fix the Air-con then it would be 5 stars

I haven't used this location as much as others, which is a shame as the staff and centre are incredible. It's not the best location for me as most of my client's tend to be more central, however, its a great building and close to plenty of amenities. Most impressively are the staff that man he centre. Everyone makes a huge effort to talk to you and they introduce you to clients - it has a real community feel. The few times I have been, the staff have upgraded me to a private room as their reception had been very busy with visitors and the lounge area is open to reception. If I needed an office in Liverpool, there is no doubt this would be the one I would choose and I have recommended it to friends and business associates. I have been using the Regus Business LOunge facilitiy for some time. I find the staff to be helpful , courteous and very personable. . The location is ideal being in Liverpool city centre, although I've used other business lounges which are enclosed while Liverpool's is amalgamated with the reception area. I recognise that this is due to space available. Normally, it is actually a benefit as I've built good relationships with Regus staff and other Lounge users, but there are occasions, particularly when there are patients in to see a particular doctor for a medical I believe, when the whole area is full of people waiting. This does neither your other clients nor your centre any good in my opinion. For the people here, the staff and service, I give 5 stars. Sometimes. Haylies ltd will sometimes laisse with other professionals involved in the individuals life as agreed by their care plan and this might be done through emails.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All employees are to inform the manager if they are covid positive so that other staff alternative can be arranged. Staff members are to report any signs or symptoms of covid-19 from service users or other staff members to the line manager.
