Haven Care were extremely
helpful in an emergency with the care of my father in law. They made quick contact followed by a home visit.
They asked all the right questions and followed the correct process. Ensured my father in law was included in all aspects of his care and would be happy with the care team who were also present.
Care team were first class and catered for all his needs with a smile. Took on board all his little quirks in there stride.
Should the need ever arises again they would be my first phone call.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Haven Care Solutions follow Government Guidance in controlling spread of infection including Covid-19
All our staff wear appropriate protective equipment to control spread of Covid-19
We encourage all our staff to be vaccinated against Covid-19 as per government guidance
We maintain regular staff -client contact to reduce cross infection and all staff are required to complete lateral Flow test at least twice a week

Toileting needs, Meal preparation and assistance
Grooming, First Aid, Food hygiene , Infection control
