I have been a client of Haslams for two years now. I am very much happy with the service that they provide. Everyone at Haslams is professional and at the same time very good at building relationships with clients. Renting with Haslams was a hassle-free experience for me. The property that I am renting is managed by Haslams and I am very much happy with my property manager, Nicola Grant. This review is especially about Nicola Grant. Haslams was brilliant, but it was Nicola that made the experience so incredible for us. I've rented a few places in the past, but Nicola constantly went above and beyond to ensure out tenancy was easy, comfortable and well-managed. Which is not something you always get with landlords/letting agents! I was so sad to leave.

We have been using Haslams these past four years to manage a few of our properties. Max has been our main contact and he has always been extremely helpful. When it comes to the day to day management of the properties we had our ups and downs but a lady called Joanne has taken over our coverage this last year and she has been very consistent and attentive.
As a landlord the final responsibility lies with you so 'managing the managers' is part of the job description. We feel that Haslams on balance have been taking good care of our properties/ interests which is why we are happy to continue using them and recommending them to other landlords.
The quiet enjoyment of our tenants is very important to us which is why we make sure they always have our contact details and can get in touch directly should they feel the need to. More...

This is my first time experience with Haslams and i must say that it was impeccable so far. We have just signed up for a new tenancy and my move manager Michael had been extremely helpful. More than that whats important is he was patient with our queries, providing timely information and guidance and very courteous in his dealings. From start to finish the process is very smooth. They took down our requirements very carefully and offered us the best options, the viewings were quick and team was punctual to show up. Bridge between us and the landlord was handled very professionally (from a tenant's view point). Referencing was done in time using a 3rd party and the lease agreement signing was all digital using docusign. We just had to show up once for the identity check to their office - everything else was promptly handled over email. Please keep up the good work and your service standards. Last thing - they are slightly overpriced in comparison but the service quality can justify it. ;-) I recommend them highly. More...

I have had a property rented via Haslams for over 10 years and I can't think of a day when it has not been rented. Sandrae Senior has recently taken over managing this one and has smoothly transitioned from one tenant to another and seamlessly helped with updating the property to make it comfortable for the tenants. 5 stars again as a landlord.

I've been using Haslams since 2003 to let out my flat in Reading, they have always provided a first rate service, are responsive to any queries and I am more than happy to highly recommend them. I have another property in Maidenhead managed by different agents (unfortunately Haslams don't cover Maidenhead) and the level of service doesn't come close to Haslams. Despite a fluid population/ workforce you have always managed to find suitable new tenants promptly and efficiently if someone is relocated through work.

All team members have a great synergy so any problem that might occur is handled with a sense of personal ownership which helps when one is far away.

Email communication is excellent and regular statements and flat checks have enabled us to leave everything in your hands.

Your statements are excellent for submitting to the accountant.

We have another property in Bristol which I manage myself as I am retired.
It really isn’t worth the stress and hassle to save on a management fee.
