Ibeer was very friendly over the phone and with a photo of the issue and a description via phone, was able to provide an estimate based on what he thought the issue was.
He arrived in 45mins with parts, correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it with 20mins.
He also kindly tightened the toilet seat for me.
I highly recommend him and would use him again.
