We have let our student house through Harringtons for 3 seasons now, and are delighted with the service that we have received. They have taken account of our wishes in respect of the tenants interviewed; have kept a careful eye on the condition in which the property is maintained without being intrusive; have provided an excellent maintenance service, that has been responsive to the tenants' comments, producing good quality work while still being affordable; and have been scrupulous in their accounting. After nearly 20 years of handling all aspects of student letting on our own it has been an enormous relief to hand over the minutiae of administration.
