What do you love most about your job?
Interacting with both the Landlords and Tenants is something we really enjoy. Being able to offer a quality service, where each party is happy is why we do what we do!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration came from conversations with Landlords and dealings with other agents. We knew more could be offered in the industry to help both Landlords and Tenants. From assessing previous experiences, we found ways to improve services and give the customers what we believed most important being consumers ourselves!
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should definitely consider utilising our services. We pride ourselves in finding the right Tenants, in a short amount of time to avoid voids. This can come from our large database of Tenants seeking properties, or one of the several platforms we use to advertise your property.
Our property management is tried and tested with any repairs or maintenance issues being dealt with on an ASAP basis to stop any problem getting worse for our Landlords.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Both can be done, whatever suits the customer. Online, we use tools such as Zoom for valuations and we have video tours available for Tenants.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have PPE available in our offices and in our vehicles to ensure we are doing our bit to avoid spreading. Also, for viewing appointments we allow 10/15 minutes with each viewer so there aren't more than one group coming in at one time!
Tenant Finder
Our Tenant Finder Service is best suited to those Landlords solely looking to find the best tenant for your property, allowing you to manage thereafter. This includes the advertisement of your property, on all the market leading websites and generation of tenant leads. We have a substantial tenant register looking to rent in Nottinghamshire. We do all we on to find the most appropriate tenant for your property.
We carry out all viewings, make in-depth reference checks and provide you with all the information so you can have a final say on whether you’re comfortable with the tenancy. Once approval has been given, we draft up all legal paperwork and hand over the tenancy alongside all documents allowing you to manage the property moving forward.
Standard Full Management
Our standard full management service allows landlords to hand over control of their property knowing it’s in safe hands. This package is all inclusive of the advertisement, referencing and management of your property at a very competitive rate.
Premium Full Management
As an addition to our Standard Full Management service, you have the option to upgrade to our Premium Package. This is of course inclusive of all the above, as well as some more valuable additional services. We understand that the current climate is extremely uncertain. We’ve gone to extra lengths due to this to offer you an assurance of guaranteed rent for up to 15 months of tenant non-payment.* You also benefit from inclusive check-in and check-out reports and any legal notices that should ever be required.
HMO Full Management
Professional HMO management is becoming more of a key element by the year when owning multi-let property. With constant changes to laws and regulations, it’s fundamental to have access to this information and ensure your property is compliant. If rules are broken, the penalties can be severe. Having us to ensure regulation and compliance are all in order is just an addition to the stress relieved from having to regularly re-tenant rooms.
HMO Guarantee
Additional to our HMO management service, we can guarantee your rental income for fixed period. This in many cases, would also include taking on general maintenance and management costs. This is aimed at investors, looking to take a back seat and not worry about any ongoing expenses or problems arising with tenancies.
