I am very excited to continue my Holistic education to add other modalities and techniques to my range of abilities including Indian Head Massage, Ayurveda, Hot Stone Therapy, Crystal Therapy and Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology.
I have a light heart & an open mind and enjoy Yoga , Ayurveda, Meditation, hiking, travel and spending time with family and friends.
Whilst most people are familiar with the fact that massage therapy helps to reduce muscular pain and tension what they may not be aware of is how it effects the levels of cortisone better known as the stress hormone in our body. Massage therapy actually reduces the production of cortisone by reducing heart rate, controlling breathing, lowering blood pressure thus inducing a state of deep relaxation as it engages the parasympathetic nervous system.
With so many of us leading busy lives these days, I decided I wanted to provide my clients with an easy, stress-free option that enables them to have treatment from the comfort of their own home, a dedicated therapy room within my home or in a therapy room within The Full Spectrum Centre, Dukinfield, Cheshire.
