What do you love most about your job?
Being able to listen to clients with out judgement or critiscism and seeing the differences they can make in their lives. The change that people are capable of when provided with the right relationship is amazing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own experience of therapy inspired me to start my own company. I wanted to be able to set rates which where affordable to ensure that counselling could be accessed by all without being a financial burden.

Face to face counselling
Video Chat Counselling
Face to face counselling via video calling such as Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp and FaceTime.
Telephone Counselling
One hour session via the telephone
Instant Messaging Counselling
Communicate via instant messages for one hour session using WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom.
Text Counselling
Text any time, and as often as you like and receive one therapeutic text per day.
Email Counselling
Write your problems and concerns in an email and the counsellor will reply with a considered therapeutic response.
