I contacted Harkia to do my tax return. When they sent me the assessment for review I spotted a typo in a number at the worst place possible, (almost lost thousands of refund) when I made them aware, this was brushed off with a “we would’ve spotted that later anyway” excuse… not sure about that. Communication was also terrible as there were occasions where they simply “missed my email” which delayed the whole process. Also after filing I spotted another mistake, and when I called later to ask questions I got “ARE YOU A TAX EXPERT?!” comments thrown at me rather arrogantly. Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Over the years, we have set up systems and software which reduces client hassle in terms of bookkeeping and keeping records. Although, we are based in Leytonstone, London; the clients are welcome to visit us in our office or provide us with the information (accounts, VAT, payroll, or bookkeeping) remotely. However, we do provide our services remotely for clients which are located farther distances.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have robust systems in place in our office. We encourage all meetings over the telephone or via Zoom/Skype/Whatsapp to stop the spread of COVID19.
