How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Head height is an essential part of the process, ideally 2.4m measured from the floor to the ridge is a positive start.

Schemes we submit to planning have a hugely successful approval rate inaddition to the complex world of Building Control. We are a LABC (Local Authority Building Control) approved partner which provides the contractors with a thorough set of drawings to cost accurately from. This ensures the client receives a very realistic project price and build programme schedule.

Delighted to initially but experience has taught me, visiting the site for any unforeseen concerns pays dividends during the construction process. I would rather travel a good distance than work from photos or Google Earth!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have no problem accommodating a clients safety concerns, its only respectful!
Concept To Completion
I love team work so lets talk about your requirement!
Working through your design brief and how it can be woven into the proposal is the first step.
I'm delighted to help with all the technical and interior design aspect of the project.
Should planning approval be required our technical team prepare the drawings, schedule and submit to the relevant departments and negotiate with the Planning officer on your behalf.
Please don't worry about having to deal with this part of the process!
Alternatively, if the scheme is feasible under Permitted Development we assist with the entire design process to receive the all important Lawful Development Certificate.
The first set of drawings i.e. Preliminary represent the existing layout, the proposed layout and all the elevations. The proposed layout is only signed-off once you are happy with the design so we can move on to the next phase.
Included in the fee is a 4 week amendment period whereby any tweak's you would care to make are free of charge.
A full set of detailed Building Regulation drawings are then prepared i.e. the complex technical ones! These provide the insulation services etc that the project requires.
We submit these to the Building Control on your behalf.
A structural report, party wall agreements, freeholder obligation advice and building contractors assistance is all part of the service
