What do you love most about your job?
I love the satisfaction I feel when I have enabled an individual to reach their utmost hierarchy in terms of their day-to-day activities of living.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have seen the impact of covid 19 pandemic on health and social care needs in my area and the whole country as a whole. I am determined to help and support any adults who need care in their own homes to enable them to live life to the full without the isolation that the pandemic has brought on.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an enthusiastic, experienced, compassionate, and dedicated individual with more than 20 years experience of working in the healthcare sector in various settings including NHS and private organisations. Has a wealth of experience in leadership, and management as well as providing practical care work e.g., personal care and social-emotional support for clients. Possesses diverse experience in conducting staff supervision, appraisals, recruitment, and selection process as well as the day-to-day departmental operations attained in previous roles as a care home manager, registered nurse, and throughout the years practicing as an occupational health specialist. I have vast experience and the ability to maintain professional and effective
working relationships with staff, professionals, service users, and their families.

Regular covid-19 tests to ensure reduction of transmission to clients
Training to ensure controlling the spread of infection in clients' homes
Adhering to PPE whilst in clients' homes whilst complying with Health and Safety At Work Act 1974 and Care Act
Updating covid-19 care plan as per government guidelines

Shopping support - alongside our customer or alternatively we can come in, agree on a shopping list, go to the shops, come back and put it all away
Preparation of food and drink
Ensuring a timely prompt for medication when due
