This is THE nicest letting agents I have ever been with! Absolutely cannot fault them at all!! Lex has been so lovely and understanding and truly has the tenants best interests at heart! We’ve had no issues at all and if ever we need to contact them we always receive an immediate response. An amazing letting agent, always having the Tennant's best interest at heart. Both Tony and Lex are very lovely, helpful and professional. They made the moving in process very easy and the moving out. And they are very easily available for any queries and quick to resolve any issues both before the tenancy started and after (not that there ever was many!) which from experience is one of the most difficult things to find as a tennant. What inspired you to start your own business?
We set out to create a friendly yet professional family-run business, utilising our experience in the lettings market to provide the best possible service to our landlords and tenants.
Why should our clients choose you?
We identified the opportunity to offer an affordable yet high class service to our customers by operating online. By cutting the usual expensive overheads associated with lettings we are able to pass those savings on to our customers, without detriment to our face-to-face availability or the quality of service we deliver.
We take extra care in explaining the details of the lettings process to all of our customers to make it an enjoyable experience.

As well as our face-to-face availability we provide a fully functional lettings service online, with extremely speedy response times to all queries and dedicated online support for all of our customers.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have strict measures in place to ensure our staff and contractors always adhere to the most up-to-date Covid-19 safety recommendations. We offer PPE to prospective tenants when viewing properties and carry out regular checks of the government guidelines, adapting where necessary.
