What do you love most about your job?
I have been doing this for a long time. The reason why I enjoy it so much is that every day is different, and I'm always meeting new people, and new challenges.
Once a job is finished, it's great to be able to stand back and think "I did that", and in some cases, the work I have done has literally changed some peoples lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The reason why I started my own business is purely down to the fact that I've seen other 'trades' and they shouldn't be allowed to work in the industry - no morals or scruples, and so unreliable. It should be better than that, and that's what I aim to achieve.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm polite, punctual, clean, reliable and above all, professional.
You'll only ever deal with me - I don't employ anyone else, either directly or as a sub-contractor.

My business is built around working in or on peoples houses, so remote isn't something applicable. Having said that, I have talked a couple of customers through simple jobs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am happy to distance from customers where needed. I never work in an environment that puts me (and therefore, my other customers) at risk.
