We have a studio in Rawtenstall that we run classes and Personal Training sessions from 1-2-1 to small group sessions.

Second time at Boxfit, I would recommend, Mike is a great instructor and pushes you to reach your goal, very encouraging and amazing at what he does, even though I leave moaning that I’m shattered I will continue to go as my wife and I really enjoy the atmosphere and exercise that varies each week!!!

I attended for the first time boxfit class, I absolutely loved it Mike is a great trainer and everyone is very welcoming and friendly Im looking forward to be carrying on my fitness journey at Hamers360fitness.

I love the Boxfit classes with Mike. It is really challenging but really rewarding. All ages and abilities attend and everyone does what they can with lots of alternative exercises to ensure everyone is safe. Mike supports everyone through the class and motivates us. Attended the boxing class and loved it! Mike is a great trainer and checks in on you and offers advice on adjustments and if you have injury. I’ve seriously been put through my paces but I feel great. Really looking forward to going to the next class! More...

I've been doing bootcamp for about 2 months now and would definitely recommend it! it's really hard work but fun aswell and mike is excellent at pushing you to do more. defo worth the hard work and I have lost 2 inch of my stomach so far:)always feel sore but great after my sessions! love it! Mike hamer is not just for the young, i am nearly 65 . I have a bad back and osteoporosis. Since going to mike my back has massively improved and my osteoporosis in my feet is massively improved . I am beginning to feel like a new person and so much stronger. Mike really does adapt the programmes to suit your needs. I would highly recommend him as a pt. Can totally recommend Mike. Don't think that because you are over 60 these sessions are not for you. We need this sort of help to take us into our later part of life as fit and agile and stretched out as possible. You will wonder how your body functioned throughout middle age when you realise just how tight or underused so many of your muscles are. It's not an overnight change, 60 odd years of misuse takes more than a few weeks to get sorted out. At least I know I'm doing what I can to stay as healthy as I can. Whatever life throws at me in the future I'll be stronger for it. Go on, give Mike a try out. Book a 1 to 1 now with him.... Go on, do it. You won't regret it. More...

I have been attending classes here for 10 months and having personal training session as well. The classes are great, there is a really nice group people who attend and we all encourage and push each other. During my personal training sessions i am improving my overall level of fitness, toning up and lifting weight i never thought i would be able to!! Finally! I wanted personal training as I broke my right hand & damaged my shoulder. Needed my motivation back. Mike was brill. Pushy but not too harsh. If it hurts really bad I get put off. If it hurts that you can feel it. Then it's good. Not all can find that happy medium. But Mike can. That's because his watch doesn't always work & you have to help him count. Ha. No seriously it's just to make you do as many reps as you can. I wanted defination back in legs & a toned bum. Never dreamed with my hand injury I would see my biceps & triceps return. Movement in my shoulder was the target but we got muscle tone back as well. & training at home! Wow loved it. Days I cba didn't matter. Mike was there. No child care needed. Just leave them to play. An easy option to do a hard but good workout. Thanks Mike! X More...

Being of the mindset I'm far too busy to exercise wasn't helping me loose weight... We had just booked our first family holiday abroad and all I could think was -I'm going to be harpooned on the beach! !

My friend encouraged me to come along to my first boot camp session with Mike. I was afraid! I would be the fat bird and wouldn't fit in, I would be humiliated by the fact I couldn't even lift my body to plank!! As anxious I felt my body wasn't going to change unless I took the first step...

I started with the aim to loose weight, but after a few months now I feel I've achieved much more... The biggest achievement is my confidence, the realisation that I can make changes. I no longer feel lethargic and have noticed a change in my stamina. Initially I found some of the exercises challenging but now I can see and feel an improvement each week.

The boot camp provides me with a variety of training in a relaxed, non-judgemental atmosphere, where everyone is focused on achieving their own goals... with Mikes expertise he will tailor routines to suit individual needs. Mike is supportive and encouraging within the sessions providing me with the confidence that I can succeed with the right mindset and support.

So, after many years of going to the gym, spinning classes, step classes (none of which I can honestly say I enjoyed one bit) my friend encouraged me to go to bootcamp with her. That's when my view of exercise changed!

My friend and I have a PT session on a Monday and then bootcamp on Wednesday and Saturday. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming, as well as working hard we also have a giggle �

I have recently pulled some ligaments in my foot (nothing to do with bootcamp, I fell down the stairs �) and I can honestly say I've missed exercise, never in a million years did I think I'd ever say that!

Just started back doing my PT session and Mike has adapted my session in order to not put too much strain on my foot �

I’ve made a dozen false starts in the last 10 years to kickstart an exercise regime and to lose weight but always failed after 3-4 weeks due to lack of motivation and results.

Since starting with Mike of 360 in April, I’ve not only stuck with regular weekly and biweekly training sessions but as the months have gone on I have become more and more motivated with my exercise and adopted healthy eating habits.

The big difference with training with Mike i feel as opposed to other PT’s I’ve tried in the past is his commitment to me as an individual. He has managed to keep me focused and motivated at times when I would’ve quit, I genuinely believe that Mike cares about whether I succeed in shedding the pounds and changing my body shape, getting fitter.

I’m 100% committed to continuing this journey with Mike in 2018 and would highly recommend his personal training sessions and classes to anyone who like me was or us fed up with their weight or fitness!
