A Big Thanks to Demi Gee, what an asset to your hotel, extremely friendly, and so professional and caring. Loved the newly refurbished room, it was very large and so comfortable with arm chairs massive bed, and the room service was amazing great hot food. Come here for two nights on a Dinner b&b package. Great hotel just in the middle of some room renovations. Nice big spacious room and comfy bed. The shower is amazing. Nice afternoon tea with generous portions and comfortable seats. The staff were very accommodating to children and even didn't charge for some puddings we ordered for the children, which I thought was kind and generous. I would recommend it. Stayed at the hotel for their Xmas Motown party night.
Fantastic night the entertainment with the "Groove Sistas" was amazing also the DJ Ian was first class.
Will be hoping for more of these functions in the future.

Staff were pleasant and rooms recently refurbed - clean and bright. The property has a nice garden with a park across the street. Only downside to the place is the parking lot is on the small side. It is ample for their 61 rooms but if they are hosting a party it can fill up quickly. There was a wedding the night we arrived and we got the last legal space. Later guests began double parking so it was fortunate we didn't need to go anywhere that night. Be sure to book your room direct as they sometimes charge for parking if you book through someone else. Though even then it is only 5gbp per night which is pretty reasonable for London. More...
