They do great speed awareness courses and use your taxes to feed in accomodate immigrants - as long as they're making a profit. who cares

This was such a great hotel and the staff were absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole weekend was perfect.

We attended for a wedding. Two day stay. Great venue and location. The function rooms and food were excellent and the staff were all so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Room was a good size. Bath a little too small, we are very tall. Heard everyone coming back to their rooms, a little more sound proofing needed. Stayed here with my partner, view is beautiful, team are amazing more than happy to help with anything and everything we needed. Our room was lovely nice and clean with plenty of tea and coffee. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was gorgeous. We will definitely be back soon! More...

Warm welcome from reception, food very good, room was clean a lot of stairs with in the hotel not easy for guests with mobility issues, (no lifts) but other wise very good

This was a very impressive location for a hotel, massive grounds and some fancy huge sun loungers outside but I think they were not to be used. All the staff that I encountered were all nice and happy so they must be looked after by management.The only issue I had was with my window not being able to close. Which was alerted to the staff at reception but no one unfortunately came the next day to sorry the issue. I was given another room but since all my gear was in my current room I genuinely couldn't be bothered to move everything. The following day I left the hotel anyway so just stuck with it for a night and went back home.The food is also tragically expensive so much so if there was an adequate amount of choice from Uber I would spend £20 and order off there. Have to say the chicken wing starter is nice but was lied to about the quantity. The cidre is that expensive better you go to a supermarket and buy a pack of 8 for the same price. More...

I stayed 3 nights (2-5 Aug).- Staff: Part of the staff is not only kind but also professional and eager to help. Others, however, don’t seem to care much nor are they efficient. Specially the night staff at the restaurant. If the restaurant is slightly busy the waiters get anxious and forget/confuse orders.- Room: cozy and well ventilated. But is not cleaned daily. At least mine wasn’t.- Restaurant: 3 nights I asked for the salmon showed from the menu at dinner, the 3 consecutive nights they had none. Same with the lamb shank. Pizza base is frozen. The garlic mushrooms are especially good. Dont miss them!- Lovely views of the Humber and garden (I saw a roe deer one morning!)- Nice stay overall but some things can improve.Ps. What an absolute joy to stay here.we have been treated with the utmost courtesy. A few problems developed while we' ve been here but each one has been sorted promptly and efficiently. The staff are very helpful polite it's a nice relaxing place to stay plenty of parking so that's not going to be a problem and a quick drive to the marine and surrounding areas

Lovely views out across the humber and a generally nice hotel. However we visited today 8th August and have to say the bar lady (blonde hair in a ponytail, around 50) spoiled our visit. She was very off hand, frosty, and unfriendly. The drinks are not cheap and to have been served by someone with such terrible customer service put us off ever visiting again. Comfortable hotel with very nice food. The only issue is that the hotel room had a hot water pipe running along it... during a heatwave. A fan was put in the room, but it just didn't help.
