Finding a student house is often a hard task, especially when it’s needed quickly. James and Alistair were super efficient in helping me and my friend with finding rooms. They always answered questions as soon as they could and made sure we knew what was happening in the stages before moving in. I am a first time landlord and spoke to a few different estate agencies to manage my rental property. I decided to go with Habitans and it was definitely the best decision I made. From the very first time meeting James I knew my property would be in safe hands. He was reassuring, competent and very knowledgeable. From the start he managed all the legal requirements and helped get the property ready to rent. Being a young landlord myself I could see that Habitans are very innovative with a dynamic, new and refreshing approach. They are extremely thorough in vetting tenants and several months later I have not had any issues with mine. James managed some minor odd jobs which needed to be done to the property very efficiently.
