Haart lettings agents Derby (Lettings)

This is the first time I am selling a house, I obtained a number of valuations through various estate agencies and then took some time to compare the pros and cons of the services offered and the online reviews.

I decided to sell our property with Haart due to the fact they had glowing reviews and when I met with Francesca she put me at ease straight away with her friendly and professional approach as well as offering a lot more services that all the other agencies. Although they do charge a little more than the other agencies I reviewed, I feel I am in safe hands with her and her team and for the extra mile and peace of mind, I don't mind paying that little extra.

So far they have given me great communication throughout and provided amazing photography and videography presenting our property in it's best light and bringing focus to the features of the property.

I have no doubt that the service will continue to be great until the property has been sold. Our property went live online today and already getting viewing appointments :) More...

I had suffered a bad experience when buying a previous house and immediately felt reassured by Emily's positive and bubbly nature. She remained professional at all times but this did not mean cold. She has been approachable throughout and always replied to any email or phonecall! Thank you for making this experience an enjoyable one. I will be recommending Haart to anyone else looking to buy/sell or rent.
