We recently had our en-suite refurbished.
And I must say Excellent company to deal with from the showroom visit to our finished en-suite. The fitters were delightful and mindful of concerns and respectful of working within a home. Minor issues were dealt with easily and the team clean up every night. At the end of the project and the new en-suite is a standout room worthy of the costs.

Just had a new bathroom makeover, and what a fantastic result, it’s just the look that we both had in our heads.
The works went fully as described and carried out from start to finish, I was surprised that the could get a bath in our en-suite but when they came up with the plan I left them too it, if I could put pictures on you would see what an amazing job H2O have done to our tired and dated en-suite 👏👏

I wanted to leave a review about a nice pleasant young man that served me in this shop today.
I required a new seal for my bath screen and called into H2o bathrooms and was greeted by this pleasant and friendly young man who assisted me and was great help, so I asked his name and he was called Steve. So I just wanted to thank him for his excellent knowledge and being able to assist me.

New bathroom looks great. Very professional and easy to deal with, gave plenty of suggestions on ideas and layout. The fitters were amazing nothing was any trouble for them. We were kept up to date throughout the whole fitting, and the guys put in some long hours to get the works finished on schedule. I will be showing off my new bathroom to all my family and friends.

We couldn't be happier with our revamped downstairs shower room courtesy of H2o Bathrooms. Customer experience with Steve was second to none. ..just like customer service used to be. Fantastic displays in the showroom helped us with our choice of top quality products and panelling. The 3D plans that Steve drew up were integral in giving us an excellent end result. H2O bathrooms Would not recommend. We have recently had a new downstairs toilet done and had issues from start to finish. When they initially attended to carry out the survey, they advised that the job was simple and they did not need to see the route the pipes would take . When the time came to commence the work we were advised that the job was much more complicated than anticipated. When we queried why this was the case when they had surveyed the job, they lied and advised that we would not give them access to the garage when we had specifically asked them if they needed to go in there because we anticipated it being an issue. The workmanship left a lot to be desired and the way they left the job when “completed” was appalling. The skirting board was cut too short with gaps left between the skirting and the basin cabinet; there was no filler or sealant used around the new holes for the soil pipes; all the new pipe work was highly visible, we could go on as there are numerous other small issues which we would not have expected from a company of this kind. We were shocked that they were willing to walk away from the job in the state it was and, whilst the owner came back and rectified the issues, we are more than disappointed in the service we have received - the customer service leaves a lot to be desired! We were made to feel that we were being unreasonable for wanting the works to be put right which is not what is expected when spending the amounts that this company charge. More...

We employed these guys to undertake our bathroom project, and they have made us a lovely family bathroom with made to measure fitted furniture and a lovely walk in shower.
We also got them to carry out some minor repairs to our cloakroom that was fitted previously by another company and these guys was able to do so in the allotted time frame.

From the minute we started thinking about getting a new bathroom to it being fitted I couldn't wish for a better service from h20 and am sure nowhere else would have made me feel like such a valued customer. Steve has been fab at answering my many many questions, he is super knowledgeable, friendly and nothing seems like its too much trouble. He even opened the showroom for us when he wasn't working so we could look at the many displays as it was the only day we could make it. Caitlin has also been very helpful and again, gave me some great practical advice. You can tell the products are really high quality which is exactly what you want. Ben and Tyler completed our install and again they were really friendly, chatty, knowledgeable, super accommodating and we couldn't have asked for anything more from them they were great. All in all we have had a fantastic experience with everyone we've dealt with at H20, if you are looking for a new bathroom I can't recommend them highly enough! More...

We had two rooms carried out by H2O, who was recommended to us. And they did not disappoint. First main bathroom having a freestanding bath and separate shower with
Mermaid boarding .
And the second was a wetroom,
The work carried out is so attention to detail and nothing fazed these guys, after the rip out they found all sort of problems from a previous diy install, but all this was put right and now we have 2 fabulous rooms.
I will also be recommending this company to my friends and family.

In November 2022 this firm fitted a sink/lavatory unit in my bathroom. Upon completion the unit was entirely satisfactory and I left a review to this effect. However within 30 days of installation the laminate exterior began to separate from the units panels. I immediately contacted the firm on more than one occasion and their first, and only response, was that the fitting contract was between us and the unit’s manufacturer, and it’s deterioration was nothing to do with them! Advice was sought which showed any contract was between us and H2O bathrooms, this is well covered under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 legislation. When they were contacted they refused any liability continuing to claim our contract was not with them but the manufacturers. I have written to them many times and have not had the courtesy of even an acknowledgment of receipt of these letters. I mentioned referring the matter to Trading Standards and the response was negative. I would not recommend this companies work or after sales service to anyone, once they have been paid their attitude is to ignore you and deny any liability. I have had to fill in the above star rating to post this review and this is the only reason I have awarded it an unearned one star. More...

This is total incorrect and an unfair comment, Colin contacted us regarding this issue and we arranged a visit to have a look and take photos. We said it’s not a fitting fault and would report it to the manufactures and suppliers on his behalf if he wishes, we we did. The manufactures went out to view this and clearly said this is not covered under the warranty due to neglect. If I could upload pictures of this unit you would think it was years old, it’s disgusting, left with all sort of grime on it, hence the manufactures that visited waved the warranty away and said to the customer if that’s how you look after products there is no way can claim under the guarantee, due to this the customer did not like the response so tried to threaten us with consumer rights act, So s completely unfair and I would recommend any other company not to do any works for these kind of people .

Unfortunately I am astonished at both the service, quality and treatment of my 78 year old mother who had her bathroom fitted by you. The bathroom has been left with plaster all over the tiles - not sure how a 78 year old is supposed to sort that. The toilet also blocked up after because they pushed the shower and sink pipe work in too far - instead of sorting this out, they said it must have happened when the bathroom was first put in - that was 30 years ago, so highly unlikely. My mum had to get it fixed by someone else as you refused to help her. She was so upset. I am astonished that you treated her this way and wouldn’t recommend you to anyone More...

I am extremely gobsmacked by this comment , as upon completion mrs Hall was extremely over the moon and have the fitters tips for the hard work, I must point out we did not carry out any plastering so H2o cannot be helped responsible for any plaster left on tiles from another contractor, yes the wc did block up after 4 months and we attended to note a lot of paper had been used and blocked the pipework up, again as this was no fault from H2o fit we did advised would be a charge, but Mrs Hall said she has insurance and will call them out as she pays for this service. She advised if we could leave the wc out and come back to re fit once the insurance have been out. The insurance refused to carry out this work as Mrs Hall had just had a new shower unit fitted within 6 months and said will not do it. We immediately contacted the chap who was called to carry out the works and said this is total unfair to the customer she pays you her Insurance company for issues like this and we are waiting to fit the wc back we can do the repair but would be a charge but as she pays you monthly this is your job. After a discussion with the contractor he then returned to carry out the blockage and we could then fit the wc back for Mrs Hall. So a complete and unfair connect when H2o tried to help out customers we receive negative comments from somebody who has not even met us and trying to get some compensation, But unfortunately this is the way of the world we live in today. We look after our customers just read the genuine comments.

Relatively new and therefore unknown store location. It’s usually not too busy so quicker to get served. What really helps is that the staff are great.

We worked with H20 on a bathroom refit as part of an insurance claim after a big leak. They were great the whole way along and super responsive. They understood that the insurance company had a say over any changes that needed to be made and were so accommodating. There was an issue with the bath but this got sorted so quickly.
