AVOID AVOID What an absolute shambles of a company. I was booked in originally for 6th April at 8am, no one turned up, I had to chase them repeatedly, received an email at 9. 30 to say the cleaner was not coming and they had rebooked it for the 7th April at 9am, again no one showed up. I had to chase repeatedly again and I was told the cleaner should have arrived by 11. He did not arrive until 11.45. I have been to check the house and it is terrible. 90% of the jobs that they stated would be done have not been done. The kitchen cupboards inside and out were not cleaned. The tiles were not cleaned. No skirting boards have been cleaned. Doors, door frames and handles have not been cleaned. Nowhere has been dusted. No attempt has been made to remove marks on walls. The bathroom has not been cleaned, the toilet has not been cleaned. Window frames have not been done. Flooring in one bedroom has not been cleaned at all. They have basically hoovered and mopped the kitchen floor. Not the end of tenancy deep clean I was promised.
I am absolutely disgusted how I have been treated. I booked this company as I am disabled and needed a deep clean before the end of my tenancy. I now do not have time to rebook another company after your many delays. Please do not respond asking me to call and discuss because this has been done and is a waste of time. More...

The guys came around 9.30 to start their cleaning whereas the booking was at 8am. The cleaning is not entirely satisfactory because the cooktop still contained stains, kitchen cabinet doors aren’t cleaned perfectly. Carpet stains are still there even through I’ve asked for a deep cleaning. In the end I pointed out the cooktops to the person to clean it completely, but the guy said they couldn’t park their vehicle any longer and left the place.



Personally, I feel it wasn’t worth the money I paid as my previous end of tenancy cleaning was even cheaper and went perfectly without me spotting issues. More...

Cleaner himself was nice and worked hard but was sent himself to do a large job for an end-of tenancy clean - a job where other companies quoted me less for 2 cleaners. The cleaning was sub-standard and I lost a sizeable part of my deposit where the landlord and letting Agent accused me of not getting a company to do the clean and felt I did the job myself. Trash was left inside the property and I paid for the balcony to be cleaned and it wasn’t even swept. The washing machine wasn’t cleaned and the carpets didn’t appear cleaned despite me paying for this as well. They using some cheap labour to do the job, and they are not the doing the job as needed. I paid £350 for an end of tenancy deep cleaning for a two bed property. They have changed the date and pushed it to the last minute. They sent one person at 5PM on the day I had to handover the keys to letting agents. He had a done a partial cleaning and next day the letting agents inspected and reported that the house not cleaned properly, the hob in the kitchen, the bathrooms etc.

I spent a lot of time trying to speak to them for rearranging the cleaning. They managed to squeeze in someone but the person looks like done some of the bathroom and left the property without informing the letting agent.

I tried reaching out on the phone and email and there no response from them as of yet. I had to raise dispute with my credit card company to get the partial refund.

With the experience I had, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, they might lure you saying they will do everything for a reasonable price but they will not get the job done. As they are not the cleaning company themselves but the hire people for the job, if you’re lucky you might get cleaners who does the job, if not it’s nightmare. More...

The reply from this company was excellent but unfortunately I feel that it is too far from where I live.

Unfortunately had a really bad experience. The first week I got a call to confirm I had a clean booked for the Monday at 2pm, I get a call at 1pm on Monday to say the cleaner had covid. Fair enough no one wants to spread covid.

I was then told I could reorganize it for next week at the same time so I said thats fine, I got a confirmation once again that they would come on Monday at 2pm. On Sunday afternoon I got a refund for my original clean so I assumed it was cancelled again but I had not been alerted. Again I got a call, this time in the morning, to say that the cleaner had not turned up and they had cancelled my clean.

Now 2 weeks deep into attempting to use GurusCleaning and my house is dirtier than ever due to insufficient notice to organise cleaning my house myself. More...

Hi Have booked them to deep clean the house I was moving into, to my surprise the day itself I have been told they can not come and offer me to do it the next day. I travelled 50 miles to reach the property and they did not bothered to inform me beforehand. But the actual fun begin the next day, the guy came and claimed to be cleaned the property fully but after reaching the property I find it quite dirty , spiders and web all over the bedroom windows which were supposed to be deep cleaned. BEWARE OF THEM AS AFTER USING MY CREDIT CARD ON THEIR SITE MY CARD DETAILS WERE HACKED.
They even promise to refund 15% of the money which they didn't till now and its almost a month.

Terrible service they let me down big time! I had booked them for the day I moved out .. turned up at nine as planned then complained as house not empty even though I told them I was moving that day and there would be stuff there when I booked it. Said he’d be back at 10 by 11:30 nobody showed when I phoned to chase I was told I needed to send pictures to prove rooms clear which I did then told they would be back at 2pm when I called at 2:45 ish I was told nobody was coming and they had gone home. After some discussion they said they would be there next day at 9am and I told them the new owner had moved in. Surprise surprise nobody showed up at all. I had to arrange someone else to go in last minute and they did an excellent job. Good clean able to work at short notice

I was pleased at first when the company reached out with a Deep Cleaning service at £188.

However, they’re teaming team we’re 2 hours late, and the office team I my contacted the cleaners when I had to call twice to inform that the team still hadn’t arrived.

The team of 2 cleaned the interior windows, hoovered 2 rooms, and cleaned the inside of the toilet bowl.

As mentioned, it was supposed to be a deep clean that, the team said, would take 3 hours. I came back 3 hours later to my front door left open, and the bare minimum completed.

I emailed 2 different emails on the same day so I could have the team come back out for free and complete the job properly - which is stated on their site. It took 2 days before the “manager operations” emailed me saying they wanted to help resolve the situation. I had to email twice for an update.

From 10/01/2022 - 17/01/2022, I emailed 6x and left a voicemail before contacting Bark - unfortunately they can’t help. I have emailed again, but still not received any communication.

The manager operations says they are waiting on their own manager to approve fixing the problem, however it’s been 2 weeks now and still I haven’t received a refund or another cleaning team.

REPOSTING AS OUR REVIEW WAS DELETED Very disappointed, we had a clean booked, 30 minutes after the allocated time we were still waiting, called the Company and had some awful customer service, they were not aware that the person had not arrived until we informed them, they were due to call me back with an update but that did not come through and had to keep chasing them.

I put an advert out asking for a builders clean. Within 10mins I received a call from this company. After the call, I felt that this company will do exactly what I stated on the
Phone and based on the reviews I would have no issues. On the day the cleaners were supposed to come, I called the agency as they were 30mins late, to my surprise the person on the other line didn’t know this and advised they would call the person(S). They advised they would call back. We waited over an hour and no call back, so we called back. It was advised the cleaner decided not to take this job and cancelled (shocking). I asked what happens now, they advised they have no one until next week. I was shocked, as on the initial phone I explained I was moving into the property on a specific date and I need the house cleaned throughly (builders clean). To my total shock, the person said they do not do builders clean. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO RATING I WOULD, but I have to provide something. NEVER WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Absolutely appalling company. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I had already been let down by 1 cleaning company and when i was contacted by this company they promised that my clean would go ahead and that i had nothing to worry about. My clean was booked for tomorrow and low and behold they have called and cancelled on me. They waited all day to cancel on me had they have done it first thing it may have given me a chance to find someone else. It is now 5.30pm and i have no hopes of finding someone else. I then reposted a request on Bark and they responded saying they can help with my request. Absolutely disappointed with the deep clean we had booked the cleaner was with us for about 12 hours working from room to room she left smears and not equipped with the tools to do a deep clean, her hoover was not working so she was manually brushing the carpets if was such a waste of time. I had a really bad dissatisfied experience with this company. Very unprofessional staff. They didn’t do deep cleaning but just basis poor quality of work. Cleaners left many stains in my bathroom , windows and other surface around the house and floors. They came very late + not completed the job but still demanded for money . Completely ripped off for £310 for what was unbelievably ill equipped, untrained cleaner who had no idea how to clean or what to use. Left my property in an unspeakable state. Even after a re clean by a hard working lady who worked late into the night, the property was in no state to be given to tenants who wanted a deep clean. Cleaners were given 11 hour shifts, came alone without proper equipment, with a lady who left my house at 2:30am, who I had to keep calling to check if she was safe, forget the fact I needed a clean house. prompt response, easy to understand the requirements and quoted a fair price, now fingers crossed they arrive on the date and time specified and do the job as agreed to do the EOT clean and I am not scammed like the other company did by taking out my money and a total loss of £800 with no cleaning job carried out.

Tried their best but with clear evidence of damage and not listening to my time requested, the clean just was not perfect. Sadly couldn't recommend.
I hate complaining. be aware to be more forceful if you want a particular time or day. I asked for a morning clean, ended up with an evening clean and the next morning things where light would be helpful just wasn't good enough. Plus a chip on the floor where no responsibility has been taken. I have no furniture so it's impossible to really had done this ! Blamed me. Rubbish Company. They accepted and confirmed the cleaning job before checking if staff are available or not and cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Hired for an end of tenancy clean and very happy with the result. Native and Omer left the flat in a much better state than what I had when I moved in. Will use them again.

We paid for an end of tenancy clean for a two bed flat. Despite being completely empty and left in a good state, the cleaner did not clean several areas, including the oven, which we had paid extra for.
The cleaner caused damage to the walls with dirty splashes, which then had to be repainted.
Despite not delivering the services we had paid for, and causing damage, the company's management only offered to refund us 20% of the cost, which we then had to fight hard to get up to 40% + paint cost.
Given the amount of extra work needed by our families at last minute to get it ready for the landlord, we would have expected at least an 80% refund. More...
