Great location close to train station and easy walk to Ribeira district, main sights, and lots of restaurants and shops. Appreciated the balcony where my husband and I relaxed with wine/port as we people watched. Elevator was appreciated too after all the traipsing around gorgeous hilly Porto. Host was very helpful throughout my stay. Apartment was clean when i arrived. Sufficient amount of towels and pillows was available. Detergents were also made available for use. Stay was very homey, almost felt too comfortable lol. Clementine's apartment was all I expected (the photos are an accurate representation of the place) and more. Beautifully decorated with curated furniture and art, it is thoughtful, welcoming and warm. Functional and lovely kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable bed, great views on both sides. It was a bit grey and rainy during my stay, so it was a pleasure to come back to such a cosy place for a game of scrabble and tea with my aunt:) Check in was a breeze and Clementine quickly answered the couple questions I had. The location could not be better, plenty of options for dining and great walks, yet quiet. There is a Naturalia just across the street for shopping and a Pain Quotidien 3mn away for coffee/breakfast. An excellent option for a flat near almost everything, city center, university, bars, shopping sites, pubs. It is a very good accommodation for 6 people, the three bedrooms with the three bathrooms were very well placed, beds in pretty good conditions, hot water in each one of the bathrooms. The common space (kitchen, dining room) was enormous and we had a lot of time there. The big spacious table is fantastic, kitchen furniture was more than we had expected. The heating system was perfect and kept the whole flat warm in a quite cold period (from 0 to 7o C temperature outside). We did not use the terrace (it was raining mostly). Only the building lift had some problems and we had to use the stairs sometimes, but with a proper building management I hope it will be solved. Overall a positive experience with an excellent communication with the management team; definitely we will try again a flat like that in other visiting occasion. More...

The flat is very much like the pictures and is really nice. It is stylish and comfortable (seating and beds). The kitchen has everything you need. It was November so unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to use the little patio. Location is very good. I recently stayed in Edinburgh in a flat that was managed by Guestready. The place was beautiful. Clean, close to the city centre with a friendly pub next door and literally five minutes walk from the venue where the concert I was in town to see took place. Perfect.I arrived in Edinburgh late and as a result the Guestfriendly staffer that was supposed to meet me at the property could not wait as they had to meet another client somewhere else. I called User-friendly to see what I should do and they could not have been more helpful and nice. They informed me that they have a drop box close to the property with spare keys for situations like this. I was in the apartment in no time.A cosy one-bedroom, with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I wanted to take it with me when I left! Wooden floors and stone walls give the place a truly Scottish feel. Bus stop for buses to Waverly Bridge, where the buses for the airport stop, just a few minutes from the apartment. If you like to walk, twenty minutes sees you in the Old Town. This place is also close to Edinburgh University.Thanks for making my first trip to Edinburgh such a pleasant experience. More...

The apartment is bright, clean and well situated for access to all of Paris. Transit is very close, but so are many attractions easily accessed by foot. The location in the Marais is ideal, with its intimate streets that offer a diversity of (mostly very good) cafes, restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. The layout of the apartment is (more than) ideal for two, with large rooms facing primarily onto a quieter side street. This apartment was as the pictures in the listing show. It was lovely and clean, and the amenities were perfect for our multi night stay. The king bed was comfortable. The location worked out even better than we’d expected, in that we were about a 10 minute walk to The Dubai Mall, and the walk was mostly air conditioned. A plus in Dubai’s heat and humidity! From inside the mall you can also gain access to visit the Berj Khalifa. Taxis can be caught from inside the apartment’s parking building, which was also very convenient. All in all, a great stay. Would definitely stay here again if passing through Dubai again. Oh, and Mohammed, greeted us and showed us through the apartment on our arrival, and was readily available via (Hidden by Airbnb) to answer questions we had during our stay. This is a really great space in a nice area of Paris It is a street level flat but it is very quiet from 10pm on. The space has everything you need to cook a meal but you are surrounded by restaurants and the best bakery ever.
