I have been using Groves as a letting agent since 2012 and have always found their service to be excellent. The staff are friendly, professional and respond very promptly and efficiently when liaising between me and our tenants. Their reports when they carry out inspections of our property are comprehensive and clear, as are the monthly financial statements they provide. I have been with groves twice now & with 3 other residential estate agents & I have to say I am shocked at others experiences on here as with my family now & in the future I will only deal with groves. Paula & Alex I deal a lot with, especially Alex so attending and urgent response such as boiler repairs etc & first class communication that my family & I have ever experienced with a letting agent.
