If you need an estate agent, this is the only place to go. Who knew selling a house has been such a pleasant experience ( from overseas too) and who knew it could be done on WhatsApp. Dave is friendly and professional, he is a specialist in his field and understands the changing face or realty. He discussed everything with me, his thought process on how he values your home for sale is spot on, and his marketing is equally so. We sold our house using Grosvenor Waterford Estate Agents and received a professional service from start to finish. With thanks to David we had great photographs taken and the advert was posted on rightmove, zoopla, in the local offices etc within a matter of days. The staff were always in regular contact to provide me with updates, progress and advise in negotiations. We sold our house in 5 days from the advert going live and that included 2 days which I personally delayed to clean the house before viewings! Most estate agents leave people wondering what they got for the fees that they have paid. With so many estate agents around it was so hard to choose the correct one. We had a valuation done by an online estate agent who overpriced our property by a considerable amount. We settled on a local estate agents as they know how the market is in the local area. They priced our property at a more sensible price and we sold our property after the second viewing. Grosvenor Waterford Estate Agent are professional, efficient, honest and straight talking.
