Q&As

A great website is one that inspires, pulls your target audience in to your brand and message or product, converts people to paying customers, but also is robust and unforgettable.

From a scale of 1-10, 1 being "Not important" and 10 being "Required for profit and growth", where do you position your new website or app?

What value do you want this website or app to bring to you?

What is the main, most important goal for the website or app?

Look, I've been doing this for 20 years. I started learning / teaching myself at 11 years old and I got my first client at 14. I've seen all the changes to the industry and I've stayed ahead of the curve with new software, techniques and technology. I live and breath this. It's not a job to me. At all.

I've mostly always been in control of the end product, normally hands on from start to finish. But some agencies I've worked with, have never done it right. So in spite of that, my goal is to do better than they ever could.

I'm a reputable award winning designer and developer that's worked with brands internationally. Also, the way I work with pricing beats most.

Services

Through out my 20 year long career, I've been curious. I've found interesting things, taught myself new ways of creating, always drawing on a Saturday at Grandma's house, mastered various tools like Photoshop, studied Art & Design for 7 years, Photography and gripped everything I could fill my hands with. I have spent a lot of time, moulding my craft in both design and development.

Today, I've worked with countless brands whilst freelancing or whilst working in an agency, utilising as much of what I've learnt to create products better than the last.

Wireframing, Prototyping, Design Systems, Screen Design (UI/UX), Interaction Design. When design principles are set early on, it hugely decreases the chance for mistakes to happen on the front-end and back-end, but at the same time it gives you a coherent, robust, profit generating asset for your business.

For the past 18 years I've been developing websites with HTML5, CSS3 / SASS, jQuery and WordPress. I've also developed with other CMS's like Shopify, Magento and more. But WordPress has been my best friend throughout the years where I developed my own "page-builder" extension. But now, this is old school.

For the past year, I've taught myself React, and now I can develop websites that are a thousand times better and faster. With free hosting, free SSL, CMS in the cloud, more secure than WordPress, you can't beat it.
