Took my car in to get a load of body work sorted following an accident and this was the only place I found in the area that would not only work with my insurance company to make sure I got the most out of the situation, including making the excess far more bearable, but also was the best value by far for a service and a few other jobs that needed doing. Im still really impressed by how good the customer service was (keeping me up to date, keeping on top of my insurance company, efficiency, temp replacement car etc), and how much care my car got and the quality of the finish.
