We worked with Jo on the move and it went smoothly. She always replied quickly and was in close communication with us and landlord throughout. I made two mistakes, firstly transferred the money to landlord instead of the agency and then provided expired passport in a rush at check in. These caused extra work for her, and she had to meet me on her holiday to sort that. She was very patient and always tried her best to make it convenient for us and never complained about the trouble caused by our mistake. Green Door Property Management have recently taken over the management of a property I am renting. As a tenant this transfer was seamless. They accommodated my availability to see the property & I felt comfortable having them in my home.
