Quick efficient response to queries. Knowledgeable and friendly care staff. Able to provide culturally appropriate care which was extremely important to patient who does not have English as a first language. They are very flexible and willing to go the extra mile if they can help. We waited a long time for carers as there is a shortage but this Bristol agency is excellent. we always stay in contact with our service users , we call them every 2 weeks and meet once a month this helps us to understand each other
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
we did social distancing, hand sanitiser and we gave our staff all the necessary PPE. we are following all the government guidance.
