What do you love most about your job?
I love transforming properties, I love the delighted smile on my customers faces after they have seen their amazing new flooring and I love receiving all the incredible feedback from our delighted customers. We have worked incredibly hard to put all the systems in place to delight our customers and I love seeing all our hard work pay off in all the texts and emails we get from thrilled customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My Grandad has always run his own engineering business and he did so until he was 90 years old. He was super-smart and run a good quality, hard-working business where his customers were put centre stage and he focused on repeat business and referrals as his primary means of business. This is exactly what we want too, so we work hard to ensure our customers are so pleased they will want to choose us again, and tell others about us.

* We know it's a pain to have to uplift and dispose of your old flooring, so we'll do it for you for a small fee.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
No we can't work remotely. We also don't put any photo's on our website either because in real life the colours in a photo don't really look anything like the samples themselves. We hear so often how many people have bought carpets and flooring online only to find what they receive really doesn't look anything like the picture at all.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We still keep face masks in the van and are happy to wear them if asked.
New Carpets
We supply and fit carefully hand-chosen carpets which represent the best value for money in any price range, and we are careful about what we supply!
Since we do very little advertising we rely on recommendations to build our business, so if your carpet crushes a month after fitting or something like that we know you won't come back to us so we will always do the right thing by you.
We carry a huge range of carpets at all times, then we'll discuss underlays, bars etc and we'll arrange fitting by one of our expert fitters.
Our aim in to make choosing your new carpets as easy and affordable as possible!
We can uplift and dispose of your old carpet, move furniture, we arrange all the fitting needed and everything you need for the perfect job to be done.
New Vinyl Flooring
We supply and fit a huge range of both traditional ranges (stone and wood styles) to the more contemporary vinyls to all kids of areas, from kitchens, toilets and bathrooms to hallways, bedrooms and lounges.
We don't sell the very budget vinyl flooring types as they tear really easily, but, as with our other flooring types, we aim to supply and fit better quality flooring at store busting prices!
LVT Flooring
This super-tough flooring is one of the best floors available. It looks incredible when its down, is extremely easy to replace a plank should it get damaged (making it the most easily repaired floor on the planet in the extremely unlikely event you do damage a plank.)
This floor comes in all sorts of styles, from ultra-realistic wood planks to stone tiles.
This floor is so fantastic and has so many advantages over other kinds of flooring we have stopped selling those other kinds of "hard floors" altogether!
Carpet Cleaning
When we started the business nearly 20 years ago we started carpet cleaning and then started to sell flooring, and we still deep clean carpets to this day.
On every clean we perform an 8 stage clean to ensure we clean all the way to the base of each carpet fibre.
