I had been researching care providers for my MIL for quite some time but they were either not suitable or didnt get back to me, so i was impressed when Irene rang me and offered to come and do an assessment within a few days. Well, she seemed a lovely, warm, caring lady, just what i was looking for. I have been using this company for over 2 months now and the carers they have provided have obviously been trained to a high standard and my MIL has taken to them straight away, as she can feel their warm, caring nature. What do you love most about your job?
We pride ourselves in providing the best possible care. We safeguard our clients from all forms of abuse and are staff have received all the mandatory training.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Great Care Support is managed by a qualified nurse with over 30 yrs experience working in hospital wards and a social worker with more than 15 years experience and both have a passion in providing care that is of high standard.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are hands on we do not just get reports from staff but we also go out to our clients therefore we have first hand information regarding all our clients.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff are covid vaccinated x 3 jabs, wear facial masks and do their lateral flow tests everyday.

Our services include personal care, continence care, meal preparation, medication, cleaning, shopping, escorting for medical appointments, etc. We do night sits, respite care, live in care, end if life care, pallative care etc.
