We asked Tom & Got Game to provide the BBQ at the Chintz Bar for the party before our son's wedding in Falmouth. It was brilliant!
We had 3 options: chimichurri beef, pomegranate lamb shoulder & monkfish kebabs accompanied by a selection of salads and followed by Eton Mess.
Everyone commented on how fantastic the BBQ was.

What’s your signature dish?
It depends on the event but at festivals and street food markets, our Duke burger is what we're most known for. It's a venison and wild boar patty with Monterey jack cheese, smoked bacon, spiced redcurrant and red onion jam, mustard mayo, lettuce and toasted brioche
When it comes to weddings and more formal occasions, our marinated and grilled/smoked meat, fish and veg platters with vibrant Ottoloenghi style salads are very popular. If we had to pick we'd probably choose the gin smoked venison, beef onglet with chimichurri, monkfish marinated in yoghurt and spices, and the green bean & mange tout with hazelnuts and orange
Our fave canapés are smoked salmon, horseradish whipped cream, salmon caviar brioche toasts, and venison carpaccio with spiced pear butter
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It always starts with a chat to establish client tastes and preferences, and a brief. Then we go away and get creative, and propose various options at difference price points for the customer to choose from. We advise on all aspects of the service, including quantities, drinks pairings, food and drink service, staff provisions and timings
What do you love most about your job?
Creating new menus and dishes, working with new people on a constant basis, and using our skills and experience to ensure the most satisfying experience for our customers and their guests
What inspired you to start your own business?
Love of food, being in command of own future and the independence/freedom that provides

Cornwall is often referred to as England's larder, and we're lucky to have established strong relationships with some of the best suppliers in the UK, right here on our doorstep.
We cook using Big Green Eggs - arguably the best Komodo style barbecues in the world - and organic lump wood charcoal from Tregothnan, which quite simply makes superior food. Cooking using fire and smoke arouses the senses and primal instincts, and is, we believe, the tastiest and most satisfying way to enjoy food.
