Paul and Cary - arrived today to remove a Laburnum overhanging the kitchen - the tree was leaning at 35 degrees and in danger of falling onto roof and causing v. Expensive damage. The removal was awkward in that kitchen on one side, pear and apple trees on another with a small wall close by. No problem! The guys worked for three hours with no damage to anything, anywhere. Great service and professionalism. The guys came out after Storm Doris brought the largest tree in our garden down. They came out and made things safe even though it was late and came back a couple of days later to finish the job. I would recommend their services.

What do you love most about your job?
Every garden we work in is different. Every client is different. There are so many materials available and design styles to work from. This gives infinite creative opportunities to really make a difference. I really believe that a lovely garden improves the lives of everyone who gets to experience and enjoy it. Seeing the before and after transformations, and leaving knowing a job has been well done... this is what it is all about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It just happened naturally. Gardens and Horticulture have always been an important and intergenerational part of my life. I trained in landscaping because general grounds maintenance just wasn't fulfilling. There was so much more I wanted to offer.
Why should our clients choose you?
Goodwin Gardens Ltd is a small company for a reason. It enables us to keep our prices competitive, whilst maintaining a personable and professional service with a degree of flexibility during the process. Sometimes a client isn't sure on what they want until they see 'stage 1' in front of them?
Our design service is completely free and adaptable; from initial consultation and survey to provision of concept plan and eventual quotation.
We specialise in combining a diverse product range with modern landscape construction methods to install high quality patios, decks and all manner of garden features… including the colours, textures and movement of plants to create living and low maintenance landscapes. Hard and Soft Landscaping.
We follow a structured design process to maximise use of your space and follow a 6 point check list to deliver safe, respectful and effective landscaping services in accordance with LANTRA training and guidelines from the Association of Professional Landscapers.

Really, it is difficult to really understand what and who you may be working with without meeting and seeing it in person. However, initial communication (discussion and sharing of ideas) via phone call or WhatsApp certainly provides a starting point...
