Small friendly gym. You ll not find another or better one in the area. Trainers are lovely. So friendly and helpful. The people that use this gym make you feel like part of the family. You can get a free 5 day pass and try out the classes.

This is the best gym by far. It caters for the individual needs of every client and I cannot speak highly enough. I have been here for 4 years now and I used to give up on gyms after a few months. The difference here is that they care, they get results and there is a true family feeling about it. I started this gym on a groupon offer in June and joined it, I absolutely love this place, I am 54, hated exercise but this gym has changed my mind completely, I am fitter than i have been for years, I couldn't do the exercises at first but with the trainers encouragement I have come on leaps and bounds, it cost 60 a month for 12 classes which is dearer that other gyms but there are only 6-8 people per class to the trainer can keep a good eye on your technique, my friend goes to another gym and there are 40 people in a class, how can the teacher check everybody is doing it correctly, they could be doing more damage than good to their bodies.
