There's more to counselling than just listening and asking how you feel. You might be asking, what do I bring that's different?

I bring metaphors to help paint the picture that's sometimes too hard to describe in words. I bring humour. I bring care, attention, and a non-judgemental attitude. I bring me, the real me. And if I bring the real me, then I'm asking you to bring the real you. Deal?

I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, a member of the BACP, and hold professional indemnity insurance.
I offer:
*traditional counselling 1-2-1 sessions in areas across Nottinghamshire
*telephone counselling
*online video counselling
*walking therapy in a variety of parks across the Nottinghamshire.

I see individuals, couples and young people (13+). There are a variety of issues I deal with - trauma, relationships (with self & others), life transitions, health concerns, adult ADHD/bipolar/borderline personality disorders, and more. I seem to connect well with people who feel like they don't 'fit in'.

I charge £35 per individual session or £50 for couples therapy.
