What inspired you to start your own business?
I had worked alongside many successful entrepreneurs during my early career in hospitality and wanted to run my own business to help the communities in which we operate as well as add value to all that we are involved with.

We have 35 years of hospitality experience that can be used across most businesses to quickly add value by enhancing the customer experience to the full.

We are based and work out of Scotland and are very adept at working remotely. However, we are also close to Inverness Airport and can travel quite quickly by road and rail as required.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We adhere to all the government COVID advice and all our employees are fully vaccinated.

We have worked on a number of multi-million pound projects and developed a reputation for bringing them in on-time and in-line with budget.

Having worked directly for large brands such as Ritz-Carlton, Glenfiddich and Savoy Group plc we have brought our wealth of knowledge to the table with key clients to ensure that they meet or exceed their targets.
Training and Development
We have successfully trained teams at all levels in specialist areas such as CX Management and seen companies go from strength to strength as a result of embedding our training systems.
