What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is having the ability to care for others. It is a highly rewarding job being able to help individuals who require support and company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own buisness as I had previously worked in multiple care homes/settings and I found that many of them priotised the number of customers they had rather than the quality of care they provide. I do not agree with this. My number one priority is to provide excellent quality of care to all customers and ensure they are treated fairly, respectfully and with equality.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe clients should chose my service because to me the client and their needs are paramount.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Unfortunately this is not something we have yet considered. However, with society/technology evolving this is something I would be open to exploring in the future.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In order to protect customers from disease and illness such as Covid-19, we ensure to use PPE (Personal Protective Equiptment) when carrying out all tasks.

We support in:
personal care,
getting dressed,
contact with nature(if you expect/need it),
going for walk,
administering medications,
small household chores,
transport for visits ,appointments, shopping.
