GOLDCREST DRIVEWAYS

Since my last review soon after I had my driveway completed it has been downhill all the way As they now no longer communicate with me about my problems with driveway I have had to instruct a solicitor to try and have my problems resolved

They falsely claimed that they offer a 10 year warranty because after doing the job they sent me an unsigned document as the certificate of guarantee. When I explained that it's not legally valid they decided to ignore me.

To make matters worse for me the slabs they installed are peeling off. Wrote to them and again their solution is to ignore. More...

Goldcrest have just completed a driveway for me and I couldn't have asked for more for they kept me informed each step of the way as to what they were doing and I am so happy with the driveway that I would not hesitate in recommending them for their all their work and also their courteous way they handled themselves leaving the site extremely clean on completion.
