I phoned GMC today with a problem concerning a leaky radiator and for advice concerning one of these modern complicated (to me) boiler remote control devices.
You are not going to believe this, and nor do I almost, but he was at my door 7 minutes later. Yes, of course he was on the way to another job and his route took him close to my front door, but still...
Came in, solved the problem gave advice on managing the system and arranged to come back to assess and quote for a much bigger boiler replacement job within the next 10 days.

Cannot say anything bad about GMC Plumbing, Kenneth was so helpful.
