We engaged with Glow Plumbing , Danny and Rob being the main leads for us. We had a boiler that was 18yrs old and wished initially to relocate it from the Kitchen to a alternative room.
We decided that moving and reinstalling a boiler of that age was not practical so we placed our trust in Danny and Rob and asked they recommend the boiler that was RIGHT FOR us AND OUR HOME.

Glow replaced my old broken down boiler with a new glow worm boiler. The guys were super quick at fitting me in and arranging everything. On the day of installation they were fast, friendly, made no mess and were pleasant to have around. They worked hard all day to ensure I had heating and hot water and I'm very grateful. We had Glow round all day today to fix our boiler. It had completely broken down. Glow came round, tried to find a fix to avoid us having to replace the whole thing, but eventually we did have to go for a full replacement. Glow showed us exactly what the problem was and explained why certain buts weren't working which made us feel very confident in the repair. Glow were super quick at fitting us in and arranging everything. On the day of installation they were prompt, friendly, as minimally disruptive as possible and pleasant to have around. They worked hard all day to restore our heating and hot water and I'm very grateful we're no longer posicles in our own house!
