How long have you been in business?
I have been cleaning independently, as a professional, for 10 years. During that time I have been a self-employed cleaner, a cleaning company director, a cleaner and care assistant for a care home, a cleaner for a local junior school and a most recently, a cleaner and early years teacher at a nursery. I have cleaned for agencies and through organic work. I decided it's time to put my expertise and knowledge to good use and start a new business!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Generally - no. Cross contamination between houses is so high risk so I would always advise against allowing a cleaning company to bring in their own supplies - particularly hoovers ? However, if you're really set on this, I can provide my own equipment and products but you will pay more per hour to cover the usage and you need to be aware of the cross contamination risks.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting people and their pets. I love to hear about what my customers do for work - I find this utterly fascinating. I love getting to know the family members and seeing dogs and cats get excited about my arrival. Cleaning in someone's home is a very unique relationship!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been doing this for many years and soooooo many people told me to go for it. So I have, and so far things are going brilliantly!
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I am extremely hot on ensuring client safety, particularly where vulnerable and young people are present in the home. Every cleaner, including myself, goes through a very strict DBS check; a referee program and full screening before I will ever allocate a clean. Letting a stranger into your home can feel unnerving so safety is a crucial element to my business. The business is also awaiting accreditation through a number of desirable trusted bodies.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We can provide online estimates and advice if you aren't sure what service you want (how many hours, for example), but generally we may need to come to your property to give you exact quotes. This will incur a fee of £5 per 30 minutes of visitation (this prevents us having wasted journeys).
Alternatively, you can tell us how many hours you want and our cleaner will let you know if it's enough time to complete the work.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We do not use our own equipment and products unless the customer is absolutely desperate for us to do so. Its not just Covid-19 that made us decide this; but in general, when you think about it, it's all a bit gross sharing hoovers and mops between hundreds of houses, isn't it?
Regular clean
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleaning.
Ad-Hoc Clean
We offer ad-hoc cleans which consists of the same tasks as a regular clean, but on your own one off schedules. Time is dependant on property size, and this is NOT a deep clean alternative. A non-refundable booking fee applies.
End of tenancy
For movers, sellers or renters who need the property in tip-top condition.
Commercial cleaning
We offer commercial cleaning to offices, stores, nurseries, schools, dentists, GP surgeries and other private premises. Just tell us what you need.
After Build cleans
We provide after building cleans, subject to quote.
